Purchased products are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. We ship via Czech Post, PPL, DPD, GLS, FedEx, or UPS. Packaging fees are already included in the shipping price.

Upon delivery, please check that the package has not been damaged during transport. If it has, please contact the carrier and refuse the shipment.

We also offer small shipments as mailers via Czech Post’s “International Ordinary Mail” service. This option is inexpensive, but it does not include tracking or insurance, and damaged or lost shipments cannot be claimed. Please consider this when selecting your shipping method. If you prefer fast delivery with full insurance, tracking, and guaranteed delivery, please choose a courier parcel service instead.

You will receive a parcel number once your shipment has been dispatched. Tracking is available only for parcels — Czech Post mailers cannot be tracked. You can also check the status of your order at any time on the Orders page.


All prices shown include VAT. If your order is shipped outside the EU, or if you are an EU VAT-registered company, VAT will be deducted automatically. You will see the final price during checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Please note that additional import fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping price and are collected by the carrier from the recipient during customs clearance. For example, shipments to the United States may incur a USD 10 FedEx clearance fee and a 15% reciprocal tariff.
